How long will my order take to arrive?
Anything from the pre-made section on the website will be packed and posted within a few days. Items are normally posted on a Monday.
Everything from Made to Order will have a 1-2 week turnaround unless otherwise stated.
Do you accept returns?
I ask that in the event you are not 100% happy with your order that you contact us on info@bellaandgus.co.uk.
What is the sizing like on your products?
From my experience of dressing my two little ones, I would say that the rompers and tops can be a little roomy so I wouldn’t recommend sizing up. I do have a size guide in which all the items have been made, so please refer to this if you are unsure.
What is the best way to wash Bella and Gus items?
We recommend using a gentle detergent on a 30°c wash and air dry to keep the products looking their best. Some shrinking will occur after the first wash but items are made to accommodate for this.
